Hi friends! So when I was a little girl, Rapunzel was MY princess. I feel like most little girls have a princess that they love and relate to the most. Rapunzel was mine. She is brave, adventurous, funny and really… THAT HAIR!!!! When I was about 6 years old I waited in line to meet her at Disney World for hours and since I was the last one in line, she and I hung out for a bit dancing and twirling all around the courtyard. She will always have a special place in my heart. SO. That being said, I am SUPER excited to share with you my Rapunzel Disneybound look!
I love the whole Tangled area at Disney World. It is so charming. But, bathrooms, REALLY? I think Rapunzel deserves more. At least it makes a great backdrop for pictures! 😀
One of the great things about Disneybounding is that you can feel super festive in the parks long after you have outgrown the little girl princess dresses. When I decided Rapunzel was going to be one of my looks, I knew I needed a pretty sun necklace. I found this one on Etsy and have linked below.
If you are going to Disneybound as Rapunzel, you definitely need some pretty flowers in your hair. A pretty cool life hack for whenever I need flowers in my hair (which is actually more often than you would think, LOL) is to hot glue them! I know, it sounds weird. But just a tiny bit of hot glue and you can pull the flowers out super easy when you are done with them. I got these at Michaels.
This bag is an AMAZING replica of the one from the movie that Flynn Rider has. I love that boy! He’s the cutest. 😀 This bag is really beautiful in real life. Super well made and perfect for carrying my Disney Park essentials. (Sunglasses, water bottle, Lipsmacker…)
When I originally saw this dress, I just LOVED the color for Rapunzel. It is also THE MOST COMFORTABLE dress EVER! For a hot day at the parks it is perfect. And it dries super fast if you happen to get soaked on Splash Mountain like I did! This color is currently sold out online, but I linked a similar one above.
Next, let’s talk about these Born sandals. I really wanted to make an investment in some sandals that I could wear for 2 weeks in the parks and not get sores and blisters. I did a ton of research and these were the clear winners. My mom and I both got a pair and wore them pretty much all week and they are amazing. They run a bit narrow, but if you have slim feet like me they were perfect. Probably my best investment for summer yet.
One of my goals while there was that I was bound and determined to find a Lost Princess Cone to match my Rapunzel outfit. Well, I found it and can I just say PRETTIEST ICE CREAM!!!
AND SO YUMMY!!!
I have to say I got a lot of compliments on my Rapunzel look, she is for sure a fan favorite around The World!
I wish I could dress like this every day.
BEST DAY EVER!!!
I hope you all love my Rapunzel look! Up next…Jane!!! Love, Mk
